Role: SAP BASIS Solution Architect
Work Location: Midland MI
Job Term: Permanent
Mandatory Skills:
Detailed Configuration knowledge of SAP ECC6 and higher enhancement packs including
Technical Skills:
ECC/BW
Administration: ECC 6.0. Exp with EHP 5 or higher would be preferred.
BW 7.0 with EHP 2 or higher

Root Cause Analysis Solution Manager Maintenance Optimizer (MOPZ)
Setting up satellite systems in solution manager, creation/maintenance of SLD Configuration of Solution Manager to be Managing System in the landscape and as the repository for all SLD information NetWeaver Java Administration SAP NetWeaver Web-AS Java 7.0 or higher
On Windows or Unix environment Configuration of UME to use an LDAP Directory as Data Source using UME LDAP configuration Tool.
Usage of Keystore Administration Java node creation, troubleshooting of J2EE, Java Stack Administration SAP Security, Access, Authorization, Authentication Roles, Transactions, Authorization, privileges User setup, User Monitoring Activity logs, access logs, security/access reports
Must have worked on IT Merger & Acquisition scenarios
Experience administering environments/components leveraging the SAP ABAP and/or JAVA technology stacks
Must have led at least 3 blueprint workshops and participated in at least two end to end implementations
Experience in ASAP methodologies, Six Sigma methodologies and Business transformation approaches
Expertise in articulating the SAP implementation vision for the organization
Experience in detailed SAP discovery and assessment
Hands-on experience in Business transformation Strategy, SAP project Governance, Offshore onshore teams and large scale organizational change management.
Research and collect information from Gartner, Forrester, SAP net etc.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills
Must have worked in a matrix organization
Experience in Consulting and Consultative Selling
Desired Skills:
BOBJ administration, GRC configuration and SoD
Public speaking Ability to integrate and work with multiple cultures
Qualifications:
MBA or MS
10-15 years of experience in SAP specific solution
Must have worked in on-site off-shore model with Off-shore teamsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
