Process Engineer - Operations Engineering Position Summary Supports deployment of new molds and equipment through process development.
Displays clear understanding and ability to ensure that project goals meet Customer, Marketing and Aptar's requirements.
Demonstrates ability to work in a multi-disciplined group to effectively plan and design manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and industrial services in a facility focused on injection molding and secondary finishing operations meeting all objectives and schedules.
Exhibits ability to communicate clearly, using both verbal and written skills.
Displays technical credibility in working with Customers, Suppliers and Aptar's Operations to ensure successful execution of assigned projects.
Job Elements & Position Responsibilities Establish process window, variables and tolerances on new molds, equipment and tooling.
Perform Design of Experiments on new molds, equipment, tooling and processes.
Perform new process verification and validation runs.
Analyze data to troubleshoot molds, equipment, tools and processes.
Work with Quality to establish specifications, inspection plans and measurement plans.
Strong behavior to deliver results, push technical limits, impact project results outside of discipline and bring new techniques, methodologies and technologies to further discipline.
Exhibit sound judgement and effective decision-making.
Supports molds, tooling and equipment deployment from concept through industrial manufacturing transfer using a Stage Gate Methodology.
Support new material development through process testing and feedback.
Understands the need to contribute outside 'core' responsibilities and routinely contributes in this manner.
Committed to results and accountable to project results.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required to carry out job requirements.
Setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting operations of all injection molding machines, assembly equipment and secondary equipment.
Setups to include mechanical hookups as well as water, hydraulics, and electric hookups.
Document process as outlined in related ISO 9001 and 13485 procedures.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining all molding and secondary process monitoring forms.
Set up and schedule all prototype sampling with operations engineering and production scheduling.
Ability to measure and functionally test production and prototype parts.
Ordering parts and materials as needed.
Help production with daily operations when needed.
Perform daily housekeeping to provide a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications Education Four-year Engineering degree as it relates to the functions outlined above.
Experience 0-2 years' experience.
Ability to work effectively with moderate supervision.
Focus on delivering on time, on rate, and on quality.
Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.
Preferred Experience Working Knowledge of Scientific Molding Principles.
Working Knowledge of Design of Experiments.
Familiar with Six Sigma tools for Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis.
Component finishing and Automated Assembly knowledge.
Planisware software experience.
Recommended Skills Automation Business Process Improvement Communication Data Analysis Decision Making Design Of Experiments Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
