Full-time , 2 nd and 3 rd shift ONLY (may train on 1 st shift before moving to off shift ) Pay:

Production Operator Job
Summary:
S upport all requirements included in the s ystems.
Set up of the process, machine controls , and tooling as assigned by supervis ors/managers.
Load and unload machine after product has been formed.
( Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds regularly) Trim excess material with knife, router, scraper, blow torch etc.

Qualifications:
Responsible for initiating action s to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the product and process.
Responsible to follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the client.
S top the production, handling, or delivery of any product when the action being taken may result in non-conformance of the product, damage to the equipment, or injury to any employee.
Responsible for the inspection and verification of product quality.
Responsible for completion of records relating to the process and product.
Knowledge and Skills Preferred:
Entry Level Production (No experience necessary) High School Diploma or GED (prefer red) Need to be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
MUST be able to work overtime.
Potential to hire in after 90 days (based upon attitude, attendance, and performance) The ability to read and write and perform simple mathematics.
The ability to read a tape measure.
