Position Description/Requirements
Hemlock Semiconductor and Dow Corning Midland Site has an opening for a (college) co-op to assist in administrative duties for the Process Engineering Group.
This position will be best fit to someone who is organized, efficient and personable. Will frequently need to take direction from multiple leaders and employees. They should be well versed in all Microsoft Applications and willing to learn new technology and software (ie: Microsoft SharePoint/Team Rooms, InfoPath). Capable of taking on projects from various customers and able to independently seek out areas and processes that could use improvement. Must be willing to divide time between Hemlock and Midland - exact division to be determined based on class schedule, etc.

-Internet, SharePoint (Team Rooms)
Routine Tasks for role:
o Schedule meetings
o Set up Travel arrangements
o File and organize Team Rooms
o Manage a functional Outlook mailbox
o Update/Maintain Outlook Distribution lists
o Process invoices
o Update/Maintain S&T Team Room Structure
o Update/Create Employee Biographies
o Maintain/restructure S&T Library
Other Job Responsibilities:
? Track Safety Meeting Attendance
? Coordinate Employees move
? Help Coordinate on-boarding of new employees
? Maintain List of S&T Vehicles / Schedule maintenance on all S&T vehicles (HSC)
? Maintain S&T Camera (HSC)
? S&T Library -update process and updates to Resource Database (HSC)
? Assign and Process Lab Notebooks for entire HSC Site
? Create/Maintain CEG, DMDG, Analytical Request forms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the Midland Site/Hemlock Semiconductor site. Must upload most current transcript.

Don't Be Fooled

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
