Position Description/Requirements
This position is for a student majoring in the physical sciences who enjoys laboratory experimentation. With guidance from an experienced chemist, the co-op will have responsibility for preparing and testing new materials. He or she will be trained to set up equipment, follow standard procedures and carry out routine evaluation of products under development. The co-op will also have shared responsibility for laboratory maintenance and housekeeping.
Preference is for a chemistry or physics major, going into sophomore or junior year. Familiar with basic laboratory procedures. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Organized with attention to detail. Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
REQUIRED
Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in college and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher. Must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours during both Fall and Winter semesters. Must live within commuting distance to the MIdland site. Must upload most current transcript.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
