Key responsibilities include:
Planning, developing and implementing creative and exciting Resident Programs to meet the individual needs and interests of the residents within the community, as well as through outside trips and events
Ensures that Resident Programs meet all state, federal, and other regulations
Providing one-to-one programming for residents who cannot participate in a group setting
Ensuring resident welcome and engagement protocols are in place
Strengthening local community involvement and volunteering through promotion of the community and residents
Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly calendar of events
May directly supervise resident program assistants and/or driver; may act in supervisory capacity in the absence of the executive director, as assigned.

We seek the following
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Two (2) years of activities/programming experience; including at least one (1) year of management experience
Basic knowledge of PC's and word processing software, along with proficient typing skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic and a team player to engage resident participation
Flexibility with schedule and must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
Must enjoy working with the senior population
