BIOMEDICAL ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN
Position
Summary: A Biomedical Electronics Technician requires an AS (2-year) degree or DOD (military) equivalent and at least two (2) years of related or equivalent experience. Has good knowledge of schematics and works independently on repairs, safety testing and preventive maintenance (PM). Maintains records, writes reports, and coordinates outside repairs. Average experience is eight (8) years. Performs with general supervision.
Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or military equivalent and two (2) years of related or equivalent experience. Troubleshooting skills to board level.
Interpersonal skills needed to communicate successfully with individuals and groups and interact with people at all levels to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
