Global I/S Training Coordinator
One of our top clients in Midland, MI, seeks an experienced Global I/S Training Coordinator for a LONG-TERM, full-time, on-going assignment with an indefinite end date!This role will be responsible for assisting with the creation of a Global IT Training Program to further educate and enhance productivity for the End Users that utilize our tools and applications.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying training gaps based on feedback and interactions with Global I/S Teams and feedback from the End Users of our tools and applications.
This role will also execute many of the training programs offered.
Requirements:
Organize and lead global team meetings Collaborate with global teams to agree on training needs across the four global regions Deliver key metrics to ensure success of training program offered Must be strong at delivering training on identified tools and applications (example:
Excel, SharePoint)
Qualifications:
Some College experience required Associates degree preferred Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferred Must have some knowledge in training others Ability to speak well in front of others Must be proficient in MS Office Lively and energetic personality Must be able to work in a global team environment Must have strong verbal and written communications skills Must possess strong organizational skills As your local offices do not support this position, for immediate consideration, please apply online or email your resume to email removed .
